JobAI24 is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), issued by Royal Decree M/19 of 1443H and its implementing regulations, as well as international best practices for data protection.

This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user. If you do not agree to this policy, please refrain from using the platform.

A. Data you provide directly:

• Registration data: name, email address, password (hashed).

• Resumes and documents you upload for analysis or enhancement.

• Target job information (job title, company name, job description).

• Payment data: processed through licensed payment gateways — we do not store card details.

B. Data collected automatically:

• Usage data: pages you visit, services you use, session times.

• Device data: browser type, operating system, IP address.

• Cookies as described in Section 7 of this policy.

C. Data via connected services:

• Gmail integration: your email address and send-only permission — we do not read your inbox.

• AI-generated analysis results and messages based on your data.

We use data for the following purposes:

• Service delivery: processing your resume and generating analyses, enhancements, and interview simulations.

• Email sending: executing Smart Send requests via your linked Gmail account.

• Communication: sending service notifications, account updates, and responses to your inquiries.

• Platform improvement: analyzing usage patterns to develop services and enhance user experience.

• Security & compliance: detecting fraud and abuse, and meeting legal requirements.

We do not use your data for targeted advertising and do not sell it to any third party.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following cases:

• Service providers: we engage trusted providers to operate the platform (cloud hosting, AI processing via Anthropic Claude API, payment gateways) under strict data protection agreements.

• Google: when using Gmail OAuth, data shared with Google is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

• Legal & regulatory authorities: if required by court orders or applicable regulatory requirements.

• Your explicit consent: for any purpose not mentioned here, after notifying you and obtaining your consent.

Storage location: data is stored on secure cloud servers. We strive to use servers in the appropriate geographic region in accordance with PDPL requirements.

Retention period: we retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.

Security measures: we use HTTPS encryption for all communications, encryption for stored Gmail tokens, and bcrypt hashing for passwords.

No method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Despite our serious efforts, we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law grants you the following rights:

• Access: the right to know what data we hold about you.

• Correction: request correction of any inaccurate data.

• Deletion: request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal obligations).

• Objection: object to processing your data for certain purposes.

• Withdrawal of consent: withdraw your consent at any time without retroactive effect on prior processing.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

• Essential: to maintain your login session and account security — these cannot be disabled.

• Preferences: to save your preferred language and interface settings.

• Analytics: to measure platform usage for service improvement (aggregated, non-personal data).

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect core platform functionality.

The platform uses the following third-party services, which are subject to their own privacy policies:

• Anthropic (Claude API): text processing and AI content generation.

• Google (Gmail OAuth & APIs): email integration and message sending.

• Railway / Vercel: platform infrastructure hosting.

• Payment gateways: financial transaction processing.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these parties for more information.

The platform is not intended for children under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data. If we become aware of data collected from a minor, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian who believes your child has registered on the platform, please contact us.

We may periodically update this policy. We will notify you of any material changes via your registered email or a prominent notice within the platform at least 14 days before they take effect.

The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
